had a sick day with tony williams owner and guide for evolve mtb which is a local coaching and training company located in the the south west it was a really wet and misty day so we went over to tavi woods in the morning which was great fun and really slidy the in the afternoon we popped over to gawton. if you are interested in any coaching or training days just have a look at his website: www.evolvemtb.co.uk/
